13. When you meet elderly people – RESPECT THEM.
14. When you meet weak people – STRENGTHEN THEM.
15. When you meet hardworking people – ENCOURAGE THEM.
16. When you meet kind people – ESTEEM THEM.

PROMOTE THEM.
